It boasts direct access to (the KMP Expressway Farukhnagar interchange & Badli interchange) and excellent connectivity to Gurgaon and Delhi. MET City is designated as a Japan Industrial Township (JIT), hosting several prominent Japanese companies like Panasonic, Denso, and T-Suzuki, alongside others like Nihon Kohden and South Korea's Deerfos & Boditech Med. It caters to a diverse range of industries including manufacturing, logistics, auto components, electronics, FMCG, footwear, plastics, and medical devices, aiming to create a self-sustaining industrial ecosystem.

IMT Kharkhoda: IMT Kharkhoda is a rapidly developing Industrial Model Township in Haryana, India, strategically located along the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway. 1 Developed by HSIIDC, it spans approximately 3,306 acres and is envisioned as a modern industrial hub with world-class infrastructure, including dedicated zones for industries, commerce, residences, and institutions. 2 Its prime location offers excellent connectivity to the NCR, including Delhi, making it an attractive investment destination. 3 A major highlight is the establishment of a large-scale manufacturing plant by Maruti Suzuki, which is expected to drive significant economic growth and attract ancillary industries. 4 IMT Kharkhoda aims to foster a sustainable industrial ecosystem with a focus on robust infrastructure, environmental considerations, and the creation of employment opportunities in the region

Farukhnagar Zone: Leveraging its strategic location near KMP, NH-48, and IMT Manesar, Farukhnagar has rapidly emerged as a major warehousing and logistics cluster. HSIIDC also has a presence and influence in the area's development. Its proximity to consumption centers in Delhi and Gurgaon makes it ideal for e-commerce and 3PL operations

IMT Sohna: This is a planned HSIIDC township covering approximately 1,500 acres, located advantageously at the intersection of NH-248A (Gurgaon-Alwar Road) and the KMP Expressway. A key focus is the development of a 500-acre Electronics Manufacturing Cluster (EMC) within the IMT, aimed at attracting investment in high-tech manufacturing. Major investments, such as the facility by Amperex Technology Limited (ATL) for lithium-ion battery production, underscore its potential. The development of IMT Sohna is also seen as a strategic initiative to foster industrial growth in the relatively underdeveloped Mewat (Nuh) region. HSIIDC has offered plots in various sizes (e.g., 1012.5 sqm, 1800 sqm, 4050 sqm, 7000 sqm) through e-auctions.

Major Logistics Park Developers: The KMP corridor is witnessing intense activity in the development of modern, Grade-A logistics and warehousing facilities, driven by the boom in e-commerce, organized retail, and the increasing trend of outsourcing logistics functions to Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers.  Several prominent national and international developers have established a significant presence:

ESR: Operates the ESR Sohna Logistics Park (77 acres, 1.7M sq ft potential, serving E-commerce, 3PLs, FMCG, Retail, Pharma, Auto, Cold Storage) and ESR KMP Park.

IndoSpace: Has a large network including operational parks in Badli, Bhaproda, Luhari (I-IV), Taoru, and a significant park in Farukhnagar (a Joint Venture with Reliance MET), with upcoming parks planned in Sohna and Bilaspur.

Horizon Industrial Parks (Blackstone): Manages parks in Farukhnagar (I & II), Bilaspur, and Koka, catering primarily to eCommerce, 3PL, and retail sectors.

Welspun One: Developing parks in the Luhari micro-market (Hailey Mandi) and Tauru, targeting 3PL and e-commerce clients.

Other Key Players: Include Allcargo Logistics (Farukhnagar, with rail-linked PFT plans) , Embassy Industrial & Logistic Park (Farrukhnagar) , Mapletree Logistics Trust (Farukhnagar) , CCI Group (developing a large facility in Sohna-Silani) , and Ascendas Firstspace (developing parks in Farukhnagar and Palwal)

The growth pattern observed along the KMP corridor highlights a symbiotic relationship between industrial manufacturing zones and modern logistics infrastructure. The establishment and expansion of IMTs like Manesar and Sohna generate substantial demand for efficient warehousing and transportation services. Simultaneously, the availability of large-scale, technologically advanced logistics parks developed by major players makes these locations increasingly attractive for manufacturers, particularly those reliant on streamlined supply chains, such as the automotive sector adopting Just-in-Time (JIT) principles. Reliance MET City serves as a prime example of integrating both industrial and logistics components within a single, large-scale development. Manufacturers benefit from reduced transportation costs and shorter lead times due to proximity to modern distribution centers, while logistics providers gain from being close to their major industrial clients. The KMP Expressway itself acts as the crucial connective tissue, linking these interdependent hubs and facilitating the efficient flow of goods and materials throughout the region and beyond.
